JAMA/C++: a translation of the Java Matrix Library, developed by the
Mathworks and NIST, into C++ . It includes the following routines:
* classical matrix linear algebra
* QR
* SVD
* Cholesky
* Eigenvalue solver
It is based on NIST's Template Numerical Toolkit.
